Refund, Return, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

1. Parts Missing or Broken when Received:

If you receive a product with missing or broken parts, you are eligible to get free part replacements included with shipping if it has been less than 5 days (120 hours), from when the product was delivered. Please fill this form. If it has been more than 5 days, please read the next section.

2. Parts Lost or Broken When Using:

If part(s) of the toy was/were lost or broken while using the toy or if you received a faulty product but it has been more than 5 days since delivery, you are not eligible for free part replacement. You must bear the costs of the parts and shipping. Please fill this form.

3. Received Wrong Product:

If you have receive a wrong product, you must return the product if you want us to send the correct product, free of cost. You are only eligible to fill the corresponding form if you had ordered the product directly from Youngineers.com. Please fill this form.

4. Order Cancellation:

Order cancellations can only be approved if the ordered package has not been dispatched from our factory. If the cancellation is successful, you will get a full refund within 15 days. If the package has left our factory, we cannot approve a cancellation. You are only eligible to fill the corresponding form if you had ordered the product directly from. Please fill this form.
