Refunds, Returns, Replacement and Cancellation

1. Parts Missing or Broken when Received:

Have you received a product which has missing or broken parts? You will be eligible for completely free replacement with everything including shipping, only if you meet the following conditions.

Conditions:

1. You are only eligible to receive free parts if your product was received no more than 5 days before filling this form.

2. If it has been longer, you are no longer eligible for free parts and deliveries. But you may still fill up the next form, for part replacements.

2. Parts Lost or Broken When Using:

For filling up the next form, one of the following conditions should be met.

Conditions:

1. You have broken or lost a part by mistake while using it. The package had arrived with all parts in proper condition.

2. You received a package with missing or lost parts, but the time period between when you received the package and now has been greater than 5 days.

For this condition, you must bear some nominal charges inclusive shipping charges.

3. Received Wrong Product:

Have you received the wrong product? In this case, please fill up the form below to return your product. We will send you the correct product free of cost. You cannot return if you received the correct product but something was wrong with it. You are eligible to fill this form if you had ordered the product directly from Youngineers.com.

4. Order Cancellation:

You can only cancel the order if it has not been dispatched from our factory. In this case, you will get a full refund within 15 days. If the package has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. You are eligible to fill this form if you had ordered the product directly from Youngineers.com.
